Help creating a listing to sell
Add a product and get your sales underway
Adding a new listing and marking an item as sold
In your vendor dashboard, on the left panel click on Products.
On the main page, click on the purple + Add new product button. The new product window will appear.
Add all the details of your new listing.
Tip: the more information you add the more likely your listing will get the attention of potential buyers!
Left top panel:
These are the main details of your product. Firstly, add a listing title and price.
If your product is a downloadable file (i.e., audio software) you can select the ‘Downloadable‘ checkbox.
Make sure you pick at least one category from the Categories box, ensuring that ‘All‘ is not removed.
Tags are optional
Add your item location (Suburb, State and Postcode. No need for a full address).
Left middle panels:
Add a short and a long description for your item. This helps to catalog listings in different views in the Marketplace.
Under inventory, your item is marked as ‘in stock’ by default.
Left bottom panel:
Here you can add further details and specifications for your listing such as brand, model, links, etc.
Top right panel:
Here you can add images for your listing.
You can add a feature image (required) and several gallery images.
When you are ready, click on the purple ‘Save Changes‘ button.
Congratulations! your first listing is now live. From the Products section of your dashboard you can check and edit your products.
Marking a listing as SOLD
If you have sold your item… congratulations!
In your vendor dashboard, please go to Products and click on the item you have sold to edit its details.
Scroll down to Inventory and change the setting from ‘In stock’ to ‘Out of stock‘.
Also, if you are planning to sell more of these items in the future, you can use the option ‘On backorder.
Your product will continue to appear in the marketplace, and it will be marked as sold.
You can also delete your listing completely form the Products menu.
