Help creating a vendor account
Create an account and start listing your high-end audio items for sale
Step 1. Registration
Go to the top-left of the page and click on Register.
On the registration panel add your email address and select ‘I am a vendor’. The registration form will expand for you to fill in more details. Add your name, shop name, address and phone number.
Important: To ensure that buyers can contact you using WhatsApp, please make sure you add your phone number correctly.
The phone number must use the country code and not have any symbols or spaces. For example, if your number is 0412 345 678, you must enter it as 61412345678
Check the box below once you have agreed to our terms and conditions
Click the Register button
Step 2. Email verification
Click the Register button
You will receive an email confirmation to create your password. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your junk/spam folder or click on Send again on your current window.
The email contains a link that says Set your new password. Please click that link and create a strong password in the window that opens up in your browser.
Step 3. Vendor dashboard
You will land in your Account page. Click the purple Go to Vendor Dashboard button to go to your dashboard for the first time.
On the left panel, click on Settings, and then Store.
** VERY IMPORTANT STEP **
Scroll down on the Store page and simply click the purple ‘Update settings’ button. This will enable you to be contacted by potential buyers using WhatsApp.
In the vendor dashboard you can:
Create products for sale
Edit and adjust your products
Edit your vendor profile
Now you are ready to create your first listing to sell a high-end audio product!
